Century 21 Green Valley Realty is an independently owned and operated realty company by Jason and Judy Thompson in Fallon, Nevada.
The Challenge & Objective
Century 21 Green Valley Realty’s website was initially designed and created in 2010. About eight years later, we were contacted to help them upgrade their website with a completely new design and add functionality features.
Century 21 is a large company that has brand guidelines set in place. Owner Judy Thompson requested that we design their website with the same branding as the corporate website in order to keep it consistent. Judy also wanted to have the ability to easily update the website, embed the Search MLS iframe on to a page, and add and categorize property listings on their Rental pages.

The Solution
During the beginning stage of the design process, I analyzed the corporate site’s design first to ensure that I use the same styles on Century 21 Green Valley Realty’s website mockup. The styles and imagery that were in the mockup were transferred to the official website. Like the corporate site, I used the same dark tan, dark grey, and white colors, typography styles, brand imagery, and use of white space for the final design.
